- Southern Research Institute Birmingham: Highly pathogenic avian influenza in vivo testing; Principal Investigator: Dr. Diana Noah.
- University of Alabama Birmingham: Orthopoxvirus and herpesvirus in vitro screening and herpesvirus in vivo screening services; Principal Investigators: Dr. Mark Prichard and Dr. Debra Quenelle.
- Utah State University: Biodefense, respiratory virus, and in vivo screening services; Principal Investigators: Dr. Donald Smee and Dr. John Morrey.
- Georgetown University: Hepatitis B screening services. Hepatitis C screening services; Principal Investigator: Dr. Brent Korba.
- University of Pittsburgh: BK virus screening services; Principal Investigator: Dr. Parmjeet Randhawa.
- Penn State University: Papillomavirus screening services; Principal Investigator: Dr. Neil Christensen.
- Southern Research Institute Frederick: Hepatitis C and high and low-throughput anti-SARS screening services. Hepatitis B screening services; Principal Investigator: Dr. Michael Murray.
